WHY
Read the problem
Before deciding what to build, I ask why the problem exists. I study how people and work actually move, then reframe the problem.
I start by defining the context, use data to guide decisions, and bring AI into real workflows.
I read problems through a humanistic lens, then use data and AI to put answers into action.
WHY
Before deciding what to build, I ask why the problem exists. I study how people and work actually move, then reframe the problem.
DATA ANALYSIS
I structure data and use a range of analytical methods and machine-learning models for inference and prediction, producing evidence for decisions.
PROCESS INNOVATION
I redesign workflows and apply AX, RPA and data visualization to remove repetition and bottlenecks, turning tools into better ways of working.

AX strategy
Structured the company-wide AX direction into a 3P framework (Product, People, Process). Independently designed the Level 1–5 diagnostic, roadmap and AX PMO organisation proposal for the executive board; the proposal was adopted and led to the creation of a dedicated AX organisation.
Data analysis
Designed and analysed a survey of 89 engineers, segmented 450 employees into four usage levels and modelled the Claude Enterprise business case: 319% ROI, ₩1.705B annual net profit and 2.9-month payback.
Product planning
Redesigned company operating processes around an internal performance-management LLM service. Defined the flow from organisational goals to individual objectives, daily work and agent execution, then detailed four scenarios spanning employee planning and team leadership. Aligned the core feature set required for the pilot with the engineering team.
Process innovation
Planned and ran a monthly AX Day for the strategy organisation, spreading practical AI use through cases and hands-on sessions. I also built and shipped Claude Code automation templates and an AI skill for on-brand documents, moving 20% of the workflow to automation.
Corp. strategy
Ran the company-wide performance incentive programme, lifting average performance by 6%. Planned the core messages and materials for executive committee reporting and company-wide events.

Consulting
Consulted on Wadiz projects for 30+ client accounts, designing more than ₩500M in marketing investment that generated over ₩3B in revenue.
Process innovation
Restructured company-wide processes from sales through settlement and consolidated them into dashboards, cutting reporting lead time from two hours to 15 minutes — an 87% reduction.
Automation
Designed the data pipeline and automated marketing reporting, cash settlement, and outbound customer touchpoints.
Data analysis
Built an MMM-based advertising performance prediction model and an ad lifecycle optimisation model, and designed RFM segments. Increased repeat-purchase conversion by 20% and improved CPA efficiency by 11%.

AX was progressing in scattered tracks — product, systems, automation. To bind them into one strategy I designed a Product/People/Process framework and structured the purpose, leading indicators, expected value and open problems for each axis.

The company had to decide on a 450-person rollout. I designed and ran a survey across 89 engineers to establish the evidence, split 150 engineers and 300 non-engineers into 4 segments to estimate productivity savings, and compared 3 plan scenarios to land on a recommendation.

Formatting reports ate time every single week. I encoded the design rules and the writing standard as code, so Korean executive documents come out on-spec — then shipped it to the team.

We needed to agree on how the organisation actually runs, but no existing tool shows role hierarchy and work cadence at the same time. I built the SVG renderer myself and wrapped it in an interactive report.

The impact of a culture programme was being judged on intuition. I designed a monthly 21-item instrument measuring group synergy, pairing perception and behaviour items so the gap between them shows up as a number.

Everyone was told to use AI; nobody was told how to start. I inverted the learning sequence and built in devices that lower the cost of showing up, as a monthly 60-minute session.

There was no way to track the company-wide performance initiative quantitatively. I designed five sections — leaderboard, team detail, monthly heatmap, ground-rule compliance, target vs actual — and coded and shipped it myself.

Around ₩3B of marketing spend was being allocated on instinct. I built regression models to predict campaign performance and put them into the investment decision, then segmented customers and designed repeat purchase around it.

Data ran from sales to settlement but sat in separate places, so every meeting began with someone assembling it by hand. I mapped how the work actually flowed first, then built dashboards on top — so the evidence was ready when the meeting started.

02 · DATA & AI

An exhaustive comparison on MovieLens across nine conditions — three similarity metrics crossed with three missing-value strategies — to see what actually moves recommendation accuracy.

Half of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests go unwitnessed, so nobody finds them in time. The idea was to let a sensor be the witness — an app, built as team lead, that predicts risk from smartwatch signals.

Customer analysis takes months, which is why strategy research rarely reaches practice. I used an LLM to generate personas at a fraction of the cost, then ran an A/B test with 15 students to see whether it actually held up.
03 · PRODUCT & STRATEGY

As team lead I ran the full business-development cycle: spotting the market opening, designing the business model, partnering with publishers, running the beta. We injected deliberate noise into the recommender so a wider range of books surfaced, and made XAI the differentiator.

Parsing the audited accounts myself showed 99% of revenue came from advertising. I built a hypothesis for expanding into adjacent territory, then designed how to test it and what it could earn.

Brought in for a UX report on an outsourcing platform, I found the problems didn't live on the screens. I widened the scope to the service flow and the payment structure, and delivered it with priorities attached.
04 · HUMANITIES & COMMUNITY
Rebranded the club so non-developers could join, growing membership by 250%. Planned and ran four partner programmes with companies, and taught business planning and project management at an AI hackathon co-hosted with WTRN — rated 4.84/5 by its 49 participants.

As team lead I set the business and go-to-market strategy and owned branding and product development. The model won the President's Award at the university accelerator programme.

Research assistant at a professor's consulting firm, supporting three corporate engagements on market expansion and business-model innovation. I pulled and structured the data the consultants decided on, and benchmarked overseas models from adjacent industries for a jewellery client's proposal.

Two studies of what happens when a brand loses its ideology. Rather than just applying an existing theory, I named and proposed a method of my own: ideology hijacking.

Business Administration (double major)
How that meaning gets measured and run
Not two degrees so much as one question approached from two directions. What I do now sits where they meet — service design's actor × time grid and the operations idea of a bottleneck became the tools for mapping how an organisation runs.
